Hotel Martin Gusinde exempts all non-resident foreign passengers without domicile in Chile from paying Value Added Tax (VAT) equivalent to nineteen percent. To do this, they must present their passport and Chilean entry card.

When a reservation payment is required, it must be made effective within maximum forty-eight business hours. A reservation not paid within this period may be canceled without prior notice, and any deposits that have been made will not be refunded. Notwithstanding, Hotel Martin Gusinde reserves the right to demand fifty percent payment of a reservation’s total cost in advance or when deemed appropriate. All payments and/or deposits must be submitted via fax or email to Hotel Martin Gusinde’s Reservations Department with corresponding details.
